I know I'm an anomaly lol. I'm doing them last in my work out but now that I'm thinking about what @TR0berts said, my bar may be too low in the first place. I do conventional deadlifts (I have tried sumo in the past ) I started out at the 95 pounds the program starts out at.

I do use lighter weights for the deads but I noticed that I am extremely stiff when I get into the starting position ( I'm guessing it's my hamstings) and I have a hard time keeping my back straight.

Surprisingly no lol. My squats are good and I can go below parallel no problem. I have some good PTs at my gym and I think I have a free session with one. I'll def set an appointment.

Honestly I was afraid to ask at first. When I go, there are usually people there who are a lot stronger than me, but they are more than willing to give a spot if I need one. Depends on the location. Mine was kind of meh while the bagels were awesome.

If it's what they want to do... Who cares...Maybe they allow themselves that one cheat meal a month for a diet break. You don't know their life. Kind of smart of them too budget wise. A membership fee and get a pizza for a hell of a lot less than at a pizza place.

I said it earlier in the thread... But it depends on the PF. Mine had 2 squat racks and a huge free weight section. The one down the road was a different owner and only had free weights. YMMV depending on the location.

If youre not used to eating that much fiber I suggest kind of gradually increasing it and increasing your water or you may start to feel backed up and gassy

Its once a month. Don't go on that day if you don't like it. When I went to planet fitness I used to get the bagel on bagel Tuesday.. no hindering to my weight loss.

I'm a nurse working in a residential setting. One of my guys went out to the hospital last night and I had to go with him. Ended up being in the ER until 2am with no break. I skipped dinner and only had half a protein bar. Sometimes I have to skip with work, but it's rare.

Strong lifts is a lot of fun. It's currently the program I am using also. If you don't want to start at the 45lbs the program starts you at, many gyms have the straight bars that are lower weights. I went through a lot of fitbits and have gotten multiple replacements from customer service. I was fed up and decided enough is enough. I bought a Samsung Fit gear2. It's much better and I haven't had one issue with it. Edit: I didn't realize it was a necro thread.

I have an android phone and it is a feature on my app. Are you using the latest version? OP: when you go to add foodi in the food diary, is there a picture of a barcode in the upper right hand corner?

Does your gym have a personal trainer you can set up a meeting with. They may be able to set you up with a foundation for a work out routine while showing you the proper use of the equipment. Also, youtube works wonders. Bodybuilding.com also have hundreds of free work out routines along with photos of the eqiupment needed.

I decided to track my fiber intake rather than sugar. Going over your sugar intake will not affect your weight loss. Calories in vs calories out for weight loss, macros tend to be more personal preference.

Agreed. OP: Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. People adjust their macros based on personal preference. Mine are 35/30/35 I think. Adjust your macros to goals that you will keep you satiated through out the day.

I drink diet, but I have a soda stream where I make my own seltzer and then add the cola flavoring
