My grandparents used to call me fat until i proved them wrong. I was in the "overweight" category and i changed the way i eat and exercised more often. Now i'm in the normal category, happier than i ever was ! :smiley:

My name is Mikee, my current weight is 145lbs at 5' 5". I've been struggling with stress eating and just being uphappy with my weight, my highest was at 160. My goal is to be at 130lbs. Wanting to try OMAD, around 7-9PM, (is that too late) starting today.. Please feel free to add me!

I've done my first powerlifting meet as a junior (23yrs at 72kg weightclass) and now i'm in open (24yrs @ goal 63kg). The atmosphere of those events are just amazing.
