Hope it's not too late to join. I'm possibly going on a cruise in late February. I just started back on FitnessPal today. I'm currently at 170 lbs. My goal is 135 lbs.

Was able to drink 100oz or a little over 8 cups today. Much better than yesterday.

That's good to hear. It definitely got easier for me as the day went on. Guess the water was flushing toxins out at first.

I have hypothyroidism so my metabolism is super slow. It's discouraging when I diet for like 2 weeks and only lose half a pound. :(

Drank 80oz yesterday. Explain to me how I've lost 2.4 lbs since Monday but I feel bigger than ever? I'm SO bloated!! I feel as if my circumference is as big as my height!

Is it too late to join? I quit dieting because I'm sick of counting calories! This is the heaviest I've ever been. I need something to get me motivated.
