For lunch I've been doing ground beef seasoned with fajita seasoning, sour cream, cheese, and hot sauce and it's delicious! It keeps me full for hours!

I couldn't lose anything while I was breastfeeding. I weight and logged everything never going over and nothing. The 2nd week I stopped I started losing 2 lbs a week like clockwork.

Your body fluctuates. I weigh as soon as I wake up. If I wait another hour without food or water my weight will be up a few more oz.

Works wonders if you have food poisoning, a hangover, and a million other things like cooking and bug bites..... I drank a shot of it every morning for about a year straight and didn't lose any more weight than I would have. I did feel better over all but that's about it.

Sugar free jello cups have about 10 calories and is good for when I'm craving something sweet. I usually put some reddi whip whipped cream on top and it works for me.

I love oatmeal with egg whites. I just cook it half way, addthe egg mixture, and put it back in the microwave to finish cooking. It doesn't taste eggy and it makes it fluffy. I usually add it into maple and brown sugar but if I only have original I will add peanut butter.

You could always try it and if it seems like your supply drops than cut back a little on the exercise. Find what works best for you.

It made mine drop a lot so I decided to wait until it dropped naturally to add exercise back into the mix. It ended up being 8ish months.

I've never taken any fat burners but a lot of girls I know that are training for competitions take them when they hit a certain stage in their process. And I love the fitmiss delight banana cream! I mix it with almond milk and drink it for breakfast. It's 90 calories per scoop and usually keeps me full until lunch.

Count calories for EVERYTHING you put in your mouth. Don't just cut out sweets.

I would! I'd set my goal to maintenance and go from there. Obviously I'd also talk to my dr but if I remember right you don't need extra calories the first trimester and you only need 200-300 more in the second and third.

I store it in the fridge. Protein gets cooked on Sunday's usually and whatever veggie I had at dinner the night before goes in with my protein. A lot of people are vitamin d deficient and don't know it. I started taking a vitamin D every day and not only do I have more energy but I've noticed I lose weight faster when I take it... Not sure why either, but I'll take it!

When you go into your log to add something there is a barcode picture. Click on it and scan the barcode of whatever you are eating and it will pop up with the item. Just double check to make sure it is the same thing.

My 9 month old JUST stopped waking up 2-3 times a night to eat and he only gets one bottle a day of breastmilk. I know babies that are a year old and still wake up through the night. It sucks, but it happens.

I love coffee with creamer. Dutch bros is my favorite! I usually allow myself to drink one once a week or so. The rest of the time I mix my bananas cream protein with coffee in the morning for my breakfast.

No joke! But it proves that if you eat in a deficit you will lose weight. Healthy food or not.
