@CassidyScaglione. Those were my thoughts exactly.

Lol. Then UA Tracker shouldn't be adding them. Glad I know!

Thanks guys. Yes, patience means so much!

Hello, I would love to join. Like others have already said, I don't know how. I'm almost 48 and some days cannot believe I am 50 pounds overweight when I used to teach tennis, play tennis every day and run. But I'm done wondering and ready to get back to a place of good health -- and good energy!

Thanks, everyone. Such good tips here. I checked out the spikes. I'll order some and will try the duct tape if need be. So far, my shoes have been fine. My family thinks I'm insane for running in it -- especially on the days where it was five degrees. But with the right layers, I was toasty warm. Loving it. Much better…

Thanks @julie_broadhead. I didn't know such a thing existed. @7lenny7, I lucked out. There's a place to run that starts at the bottom of my street. No cars, but no plowing either. I simply ran through the snow. It was pretty fresh but surprisingly not slippery. I'm looking forward to going again. IMG_6418.jpeg

Thanks guys. I was also afraid of the 12 degree cold plus wind, but I dressed properly, and it was awesome. Peaceful, pretty -- and cushiony. Loved it!

Thanks @BecomingBane. That was super helpful. I'll go with this.

Thanks, everyone. My protein is set at 60g a day. That was the default. I didn't set it. But now that I think about it, that doesn't seem right. But it is helpful to know that the protein goal is a minimum, not a maximum.

Thanks, Ammadove. Good luck to you too!
