I love Les Mills on Demand - pre Covid I loved the body pump classes at the gym so I bought a barbell and some weights. I now have the set lol :) I have also discovered step, dance and core stuff. I put all mine in top tray and lay a wire grid from my small oven over the top. I rarely use the small oven do it’s clean 😁

I also love the Les Mills classes - it gave me a great introduction to weights. Am starting next week with a PT to do some lifting sessions to see if I enjoy that.

Do you find the body fat % accurate? All the main stats on mine match to the big scale at the gym but the body fat % is out by 10%.

I am the same, I either have boobs or smaller butt! It drops downwards. My goal is to get to 65kg I am currently 73. Good luck with your journey.

I have just made these - they are delicious. Look nothing like yours lol but I am dreadful with baking - they were too sticky to flatten so they are all different shapes but they taste great!! and so easy to make - thanks for sharing :)
