Yesterday was my first pass day of the month...drank a lot, are a lot, no exercise. I knew I needed to find my way back to this group!

Yes x3! Took a 60 min yoga class, followed by a 60 min barre class and rounded off the day with 60+ min dog walk

Drove 500 km home yesterday. Yes to all 3! Made up for the sitting by taking new dog and old dog on an introductory walk for 40 min.

Yes x3! Exercice- 60 min yoga class with a friend and 6000 step dog walk to round off the day! It was the 1st moment where this challenge stepped in (haha) to motivate me to go outside and go something when I would have rather gone straight to bed! Tracking - yes! Calorie budget - yes!
