  • I got a cheap version the Vivofit and it works for me. Tracks steps, workouts, calories, sleep and syncs with map my run. It’s also waterproof. Works for me and wasn’t expensive.

  • That’s a great idea! I don’t use Facebook anymore but Instagram is my thing now! I’ve just logged my meals for the next two days. Now all I have to do is stick to it and get myself up and out early in the morning for a run 👍 Oh, and not buy anything sugary from the supermarket tomorrow 😉
