30 mins is good as well..personally I dont count my calories I just eat in small portions but now im starting to count my calorie intake that way its better to know how much exactly I eat through out the day..hope I helped :) goodluck girly

I like adding bananas and apples and strawberry and some oranges with honey and milk :)

You can blend strawberry until theyre really fine in texture and add it to your water or add some rose water to your drink or squeeze lemon juice to it..hope I helped :)
