I would like to lose 8lbs as well. I think it's doable. Doesn't anyone have any advice that helps them? I'm still fairly new to this and I find it hard to keep on track sometimes. Does anyone have helpful tricks or any foods they like to substitute for "junk food". Thanks. CW 210lbs GW 202lbs

Thanks for the advice you guys! The last night I was back in my hometown I stayed the night at my aunts. We watched a lot of Harry Potter and ate quite a bit of junk food. I knew I would regret it but it was nice in the moment. I am back home now and still haven't jumped on the scale but I am going to take my measurements…
