Thank you @Hollis100 Usually I get rid of this after a few days but it has only been three days and the fever is coming down. Today was a minimal day. Calories in the budget. Cardio: 20 minutes easy walk Tracked everything as usual. Temp still spiking occasionally at 101.5 (max) but coming down. (I hope).
