Fall in Western New York is beautiful this year. Carving pumpkins on a damp cool day is perfect for a pot of Chili. Going to have to ignore the calories for these occasions. Hope everyone is having a fabulous Halloween Week!!

Ok mfp friends.... I have decided to join a fitness center. Eating healthier and walking 10k plus steps per day just aren’t cutting it. I found a local place 3 month membership special for 99.99. Ellipticals here I come!!! Prepare for chunks of lbs coming off of this body!!!

Good Morning MFP’s! Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone has a productive & wonderful day!!! I am really pushing myself this week, and hopefully Friday I am at my target weight! I have dropped 2 pants sizes since mid-April!! Thankfully I saved all my nice slacks that I outgrew! Loving this weight loss !!!

Hope you all had a great day! I have got 39 pounds to lose before July 14th. I’ve got this ! Time to step up . Question to all of you.... besides drinking liters of water, what other low low cal things do you do to help with feeling hungry??? I have a few things but get bored with them after same thing every day.

Status update: began this journey to a lighter me April 16th and so far I am down 17.2 lbs. feeling good, not great... great will come. 44 more lbs. in 72 more days! I got this!! Wish all of you success.

Just went for a walk, it is sunny and nice outside. Cannot wait to get out of work and burn some C’s. I am 1 pound over my target goal for may1 so hoping to get 20 k in today. Have a great day everybody!! 51 and losing it!!

I use 2 scoops with 1 liter of water as meal replacement once per day. This keeps me feeling full, and I do not notice any reduced energy.
