  • Try drinking some hot tea itll help with cravings and reduce some bloating and it just makes you feel better when you're sick
  • Are you trying to gain weight?
  • You have done this before you know how to log your food and be in a deficit you can do it!
  • PEOPLE STOP WITH THE WAIST TRAINERS. Seriously though don't waste your money all it does is squish your insides together the fat doesn't go anywhere by trying to suffocate it.
  • Drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated and moisturize keep exercising lifting weight can help with toning and firming up your body somewhat but don't waste your money on that stuff
  • I agree with everyone take the total calories you burn in a day and subtract 250-500 and that's how many you should be eating in a day. To touch on the macros they don't play a huge role in weight loss mostly a caloric deficit does but if you want to play around with them for fat loss decrease your carbs and increase fat…
  • Stick with the 1500 calories and you'll at still lose weight as long as you're tracking everything correctly! You didn't gain 4-5 pounds a week it won't be that fast to lose it thats just how the body works.
  • Also based on your previous posts I would suggest seeing a nutritionist for all of this.
  • There's no need to go that low.. you're fine at 1600. If you aren't losing at 1600 you are either over estimating your exercise calories or aren't weighing and tracking your food correctly. Also give it 4-6 weeks to see a difference if you really crack down on the food it will show! If you aren't sure about a food item…
  • There's your problem. The other exercises don't burn as many calories hence why you don't lose weight as fast with them....
  • I'm sure either one would be fine if they are beginner programs. Since you're trying to focus on losing that much weight make sure the calories you eat are less than you burn everyday and it won't matter what kind of exercise you do!
  • Exfoliate everyday if you're getting breakouts and maybe bring makeup/baby wipes and freshen up right after your workout instead of waiting till you get all the way home to shower? Might cut down on excess getting trapped in your pores
  • The treadmill isn't going to drop the fat eating less will.
  • 1 kg a week is alot if you're trying to gain muscle at the same time I would try for around 1 pound a week which is a deficit of 500 calories per day and add in some strength training! If anything the strength training will preserve the muscle you have instead of losing it while trying to lose the fat and having more…
  • 1200 IS NOT ENOUGH. I am 5.4 130 pounds and that's not even enough for me. Unless you're laying in bed all day. My best suggestion is to get some sort of fitness tracker, you can use your phone but for the most accurate results I'd suggest a fitbit so you can see exactly how many calories you burn everyday and then eat…
  • I agree you're eating too little I wouldn't go below 1200 or your body will try to store fat because it's not getting enough nutrients. Weigh everything and keep eating healthy
  • Eat less sodium after today if you don't want to keep retaining water.
  • You need to eat more. Your last post said you don't want extra skin hanging around your setting yourself up to do so. 1200 should be your minimum and it should be more if you're exercising.
  • 70 percent seems a little high maybe scale it back 5-10 percent usually people on keto have around 60 percent fat and put the extra into your protein to maintain some muscle mass while trying to lose weight. Just a thought!
  • The minimum women should be eating everyday is 1200 calories to maintain regular body functions. Do you feel full eating less than that? We need more information to help. If you're eating less than 1200 calories a day something is wrong unless you're confined to being in bed all day.
  • I've been using strong lifts 5x5 for 2 weeks since everyone on here was always talking about it I finally decided to try it and I think it's a really great structured way to lift and gain strength overall they even have an app that does everything for you! Besides actually lifting lol
  • Trying to lose 30 pounds in a few months is not realistic unfortunately I like everyone's suggestions about sticking to a calorie deficit while keeping your protein intake high and lifting heavy using compounds weights best way to do it! It will come off with time just trust the process
  • Have you seen a nutritionist specifically for gout? Something you are eating could still be causing it to flare up and give you pain. Not sure how it relates to weightloss though sorry! Increased exercise with the infammation still present is the only thing I can think of
  • Keep at your diet it will be key! If youre having a hard time staying motivated leave yourself little motivational sticky notes around the house and the best tip I can give is to go through your kitchen and throw away/ give away anything you know you shouldnt eat! If you don't have it within arms reach you probably won't…
  • Protein is everything I find I have the same problem especially since peanut butter is like 200 calories a serving! Sometimes it feels like you can hardly eat anything stick to meat and lots of vegetables and fruits that are low in calories or salads
  • You can go have the test done to see if you really are allergic but if it requires you going back to eating gluten just to be tested it's not worth it! Keep going gluten free if that's what makes you feel best!
  • The watermelon flavor of this is awesome helps with recovery and I use it instead of a pre workout and drink it during my workout because it's less caffine and doesn't give me jitters!
  • It's most likely just from extra water in your body it could be from eating alot of sodium or even menstrual cycles can effect how much water your body decides to hold onto! Try drinking some warm tea it always helps my body regulate itself better and stay focused on your goal your body weight will fluctuate day to day…

  • Look at your diet first try to cut out all added sugars which are found in most processed foods. Also cut out all soda. Eat more real food chicken steak vegetables salads you can use nutrition alone to reverse pre diabetes but I suggest doing some cardio going for walKS or using cardio equipment even a few times a week can…
  • I agree with the above if you really start gaining muscle in the abs without reducing the fat there it will literally make your love handles bigger.. calorie deficit is everything for those bad boys
