I love mine it really let's me zero in on how many calories I burn and it can sync to my fitness pal to track calories in vs out

Nike is terrible when it comes to shoe support I would try either ASICS or brooks go to an actual running store that has someone who can look at the way you walk and usually the stores have treadmills to try the shoes too

The only way to burn fat is through a caloric deficit from your diet. If youre having a hard time achieving that then add in however much cardio will get you to that deficit! Stick go your normal weightlifting and focus more on that to build muscle definition.
-
Like everyone else is saying lose the layer of fat through a caloric deficit! Track everything you eat and make sure you burn more than that each day and over time you'll be happy with the result!
-
Thanks for the tips it's hard that I am in college and the meal plans they have suck so I think I will attempt buying some of my own food and meal prepping!
-
If you did that much activity all at once it's okay to take it easy the rest of the day (not being sedintary) but doing some activity. Spreading it out over the course of the day will help keep your metabolism up better though and help you burn more calories over a longer period. Honestly whatever fits best with your…

Start slow! Use light weight to start until you are comfortable with the machine most have a picture on them that show how to use them, also a gym staff member should be able to show you how to use something if you are unsure. The gym usually groups the machines together in terms of muscle groups so do some leg machines…
-
You can do more than 2 exercises for each muscle group for sure as long as you aren't straining your muscles, usually doing exercises until I feel a burn in those muscle groups is a good way for me to tell if I've worked them enough
-
Yoga will help with some strength and flexibility but without a caloric deficit or some other form of cardio it doesn't do much for fat loss on its own.
-
Increase your protein! That's way too low to sustain muscle mass and to help burn the extra fat off I have my protein at about 35-40 percent of my daily intake the 20 percent fat is perfectly fine as long as it's coming from healthy fats and that should leave 40-45 percent carbs which is good for fat loss. Increase your…

I think for weight loss alone what you're doing is enough if you feel you still aren't losing much weight from doing all of this take another look at your diet!
-
If you're trying to blend in stick to darker colors nothing says look at me like a bright yellow t shirt! Any tshirt and basketball type shorts that go to around the knee is perfect and keeps you cool enough so you don't over heat!
-
If you have knee/back issues a leg press machine is much better than standing squats also incorporate the inside and outside of your thighs I use cables with my ankle in a strap a bring my leg out to each side to strengthen then and deadlifts are good for legs as well. Cardio and jogging is only going to burn the fat…
-
Squats, deadlifts and using the cable machines with a strap around you ankle to do kickbacks and side raises. Anything that incorporates your muscles moving a heavier amount of weight than it is used to will build muscle!!
-
Losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time can be a slower process than trying to do one or the other by itself which is why people focus on mainly fat loss first until they are at a good weight for them to start weight lifting!
-
To answer your last question yes. If you are just lifting heavy and building muscle but not doing cardio or having a clean diet you will still have some fat around your legs and will be building muscle at the same time which is why your jeans are tighter. I had the same problem so I added more cardio and cleaned up my diet…
-
You can lose fat while gaining muscle it is a much slower process but can be done! Keep focus on having the cleanest diet you can with a little deficit since you're trying to lose weight still and add in some heavier lifting the more muscle you have the more fat you'll burn over time! Hip thrusts and any kind of squats are…

There is no evidence to back up these products but if it gets someone out of bed and to the gym then let them spend their money it's all just a placebo effect
-
Mens fitness or bodybuilding.Com has decent programs to start with and get ideas off of and go from there and modify it with what lifts you like to do but they are good for creating structure atleast
-
Try putting your alarm clock across the room and turn the volume all the way up so you have to get up every time it goes off!
-
If your can get access to a pool swimming or jogging in the water is best to take pressure off all of your joints and since you do have limited mobility your diet will be extra important in losing weight try to cut out extra sugars and eat healthy you'll lose weight even without exercise!
-
Yes! You'll have access to so much more equipment and the trainers can help if you have questions about using it safely and correctly it's one of the best investments you can make in yourself!

Running. It basically melts the fat off I'm around your weight and it is the only thing that seems to work for me unfortunatly also weight lifting can tone you rather than just being "skinny" but if you gain any muscle at the same time the scale will stay the same. At our weight it is better to focus on how you look rather…
-
Running! And heavy weight lifting to tone
-
Your shins shouldn't hurt that bad unless you're over doing the running or aren't wearing the right kind of shoes! If you have a high arch wearing flat shoes can give you skin splints from running even once or twice speaking from experience, don't know if that's your case but if it is that might help!
-
It mean high intensity interval training which can be more advanced like they said BUT you can incorporate intervals into any exercise even if you're just walking an example would be power walking as fast as you can for 30 seconds then normal walking for a minute all it is is switching back and forth between a little more…
-
Anything that is high intensity and keeps you continously moving such as p90x or HIIT training if you're just looking to lose weight stick to cardio running is the best way to lose weight when it comes to exercise if you can! I know it's hard to stick to eating healthy so set little goals maybe try eating as healthy as…
-
I follow this too but focus on how I look too, sometimes the scale won't change but I'll see improvements in the way my stomach looks and know I did something right the day before!
-
Use the mfp app to track EVERYTHING you eat even if it's a little snack and use the nutrition part to see your macro nutrients if you are eating 1200 calories but it's mostly carbs you still aren't going to see good results aim for around 40 percent carbs 40 percent protein and 20 percent fat to see the best results, hope…

Keep what your doing! Unless you're struggling to find energy you don't need to take any form of supplement except the protein which is great! I am 125 pounds and I still have cellulite learn to love your body until it catches up with the weightloss the only thing I can suggest for it is to moisturize those areas really…
