Happy to report that I am down the 5lb and another 1lb. I am so relieved. Thank you all for words of encouragement and support. I continued my plan, added bananas to my meal plan and of course focused on ensuring I got my water in and remained on a calorie deficit . Thank you all again. :blush:

walking workouts, there are a number of youtube videos available for free. I created a list and simple add them to the list and use . There are other workouts on youtube such as HIIT, resistant training and more. Also what I have done is a UNO workout each color is an exercise I pull one card for example red equals jumping…

Totally understand. I allow myself to eat out once however i plan my calories and i review the menu and try to be sensible in my choices. It's insane the hubby looks at me side eye sometimes but he doesn't understand how bad i want to change,lol.

welcome to the group. I can use the extra support as well. I am 42 year old mom of 3 ( 19,16,10). I work in healthcare very busy schedule. On this journey alone. Hubby is not doing it with me though I have tried he is not ready yet.

i can so relate to you . I am near tears just responding to you. My weight went up last week 5lbs I know it's water weight buuuuut it sucks to see it. I know it won't go down until next week why because not only water weight increase sodium and muscle training but now hormonal changes so I am just trying to remain positive…

August Goals My goal for this month is to add more fruits and veggies. Funny thing is I pick a fruit and I will call it fruit of the week and i eat it all week but I think I need to add more than one fruit. oh yes definitely use a food scale and you are correct after reviewing my food intake this week I noticed that I was over on sodium the entire week. ..totally sucks that I did not note that before so it's definitely water retention sooo now I am increasing water and trying to find some dandelion tea to help me get through…

I gained the 5lbs over this week 5 days to be exact...Yes you are correct I did change my intensity of strength training..I am thinking like you that's what it is ... the last break I took was in Dec/Jan due to health issues

this is great information and feedback I found it very useful and needed the reminder to keep moving forward even though my weight loss appeared to have stall. I do feel better so I will continue to focus on that and use it as motivation.
