Way to go! I plan to start back up once my daughter goes on break from homeschool in a couple of weeks. All of the time I use for working out, I use for schooling her. I don't need to lose any more weight now, but I want to tone myself up. Keep going! You got this!!

And i have been hating on myself because I feel like that's worse than not working out. I'm working on it though. Today I did alot better. It just seems so hard not to eat junk lately.

I found body shred used online for under $20. You might try ebay? I got mine at shopgoodwill.com. D2W8 done. Still kicking my butt. This is the longest I've been doing any work out program consistently though.

Week 8 day 1 done here. What are everyone's plans after you finish this program? I bought JM BodyShred so I can go onto that. I also just bought Body Beast, Focus T25 and Insanity Max : 30. So I'm good on working out for now. As for what one I will do after this I am not sure.

Last cardio 2 for the week done. Next week on to week 8. My eating is still all over the place, but I feel like I'm making progress and I am seeing g changes. I hate the burpees. Ughhh. Managed to make it through workout 6 and cardio 2 today. Not back to back though. I did them about 6 hours apart. Cardio 2 definitely kicks you in the rear. It also sucked because my ipod was dead and that makes the time go faster for me.

Week 5 day 3, cardio 2. Holy crap she kicked my butt. My legs hurt so bad. I suspect it's because I've been biking also. But wow! That's a cardio workout! You can do anything for 30 seconds!

Well I knocked out day 5 week 4 of phase 1 today. Last cardio on this one tomorrow and then rest on Sunday. Monday I'll begin phase 2! Woohoo! I'll post measurements. The scale hasn't moved much but my jeans were definitely fitting better.
