Start walking. When I didn't have a gym membership I would walk around the perimeter of the park 3 times per day for 4 days per week. That was the first change I made. I agree, if you can go for a walk or do some excercise that's the best immediate solution. But eventually try to get to the root of the problem and try to find ways to solve it.
