Get a routine, the first 6-8 weeks is the hardest, set specfic times to eat and stick to it during this time you will need to tweak what you personally need. Over time it will become easier and easier. Make exercise a rountine like your job or like brushing your teeth that it just comes naturally. Refigure your BMR every 5…

Or when I am out of town with friends in say a beach front condo and there is only 1 bed, being able to call dibs. My friends joke with me alot on how I can no longer get by with it. Thank you guys! If you would like to see the video version I uploaded my video a week ago on youtube under Akerra Nicholson.
-
I would reward myself with certain material things after reaching certain goals. But the best thing that kept me motivated was the people that wanted to see me fail. (Well in my mind they wanted to see me fail...possibly they wasn't but I ran with it)

Freaking awesome!!!
-
I plan on making a couple quick youtube videos explaining everything I did and how I did it. Check in a week or so. Going to just use my regular channel Akerra Nicholson.

Ty guys! The video form is on my page if you would like to see. It may be easier.

Believing in yourself enough and knowing you are worth it. Being positive about everything and I mean everything.

*Youtube motivational speakers *Developing everything including exercise, packaging food into a routine *Sad to say this but I had to become selfish. My focus the last 5 1/2 months has been on me. *Cut negative people out of my life in 2 seconds without second guessing. *Ingoring jealous people, comments, judgement about…

TY guys!! I will be honest I don't think I lost weight any slower due to having PCOS. My doctor when I began warned me that having PCOS that it will be slower. I beg to differ. At 70 pounds down...I will say the hardest time for me was the first 6-7 weeks. During this time you are adjusting to portions along with trying to find a schedule, foods etc that work for you. While trying to fight off cravings. Keep at it! Just stay CONSISTENT and I promise you everything gets easier. You will find…

For myself I do 5 small meals per day. I find this paired with a time schedule has worked the best for me. I do a semi big breakfast protein shake for lunch and big dinner then 2 snacks normally high protein.
