Whenever my carbs are above 20 I have major back pain and bloating. I tend towards a LCMF. Everyone has their own way that works for them.

If you're not getting your sodium and electrolytes the headaches van keep going. Mine lasted 3 days first time. Pickle juice is great to help avoid electrolyte depletion (just a small swig/shot)
