Why does this calorie counter then say 1500 calories? What should I interpret this as?

I read about it. Hmm, it does say that 1200 is too low. I should push it upto 1600+ and instead of weight reduction focus on lean muscle gain. It's just that I have a belly and I want it in! I grow desperate after it.

I have certain calorie goals. I was just wondering if sudden 1000 calorie meals once a day can be harmful for someone who takes proportioned 300-400 cal meals.

Has a sedentary lifestyle, barely moves. Every calorie in pops up around his stomach. Any advices for counsellors?

It depends on your physical activeness. I don't work out or anything. So I guess the lesser calories in, the better! I do sprints and continuous rope jumping.though(I've very strong legs)

Also, to make their food awesome, restaurants just use improper ingredients. They are high on the oils, their salad has extra salt,etc so its difficult to keep a track of ingredients.

I'm having carrots and an orange. I never cross 1200. I'm 5'7'' on a 5kg in 3 months mission. Currently I'm 155 pounds

I know. As I wrote I've been experimenting and I've learnt how to make it delicious. It's all in the proportion of lemon and leaf. And I chill it. I don't know if you'll like it but you won't hate it as well.

You're scaring me a little. Well I usually have it with a citrus fruit (orange mainly) so breath isn't that big of a problem.

I need substitutes to coffee. I've been experimenting with green tea. I like frozen green tea. And there were articles online regarding its great benefits. Just that I felt I was maybe taking too much, so I thought why not post it here.
