Supplements for fat reduction?
Do any of you take any supplements before a workout for reducing fat? Are they really effective. I have never taken any supplements before.

Was here months ago, back here with more weight to lose
I took a resolution last year to lose weight, I did (around 5 kgs) but as the year progressed I became more careless and here I am, back to square one. I began college this year and all that late night eating has got me this belly. Look forward to not failing this time. No shame in hiding my doubt and fears.

Heavy Lunch
Because I was getting late and got busy, I couldn't have anything till about 4 pm and then I took a full 1062 calorie lunch that I had planned. How bad can 1000 calorie diets be? (Note: I did not eat anything all day, just one big 1062 calorie diet)

Leave food on the plate, NO!
Am I the only one who eats every grain on his plate now wondering this is all I get according to my correct diet plan?! I laughed so hard at myself :)

Hi, today is day 2 and I've only made 3 friends. I need friends who would motivate me. I'm only 18 all set to lose 10 lbs and elders who've done it and can inspire me must link with me.

Green Tea, how much is too much?
I have replaced normal tea and coffee with unsweetened green tea. Each mug has 1 spoon green tea leaves and 1 lemon squeeze. I am currently doing 4 mugs( a regular coffee size serving). I hope it isn't too much. Please tell me about your experiences with green tea.
