Was here months ago, back here with more weight to lose

I took a resolution last year to lose weight, I did (around 5 kgs) but as the year progressed I became more careless and here I am, back to square one. I began college this year and all that late night eating has got me this belly. Look forward to not failing this time. No shame in hiding my doubt and fears.

Set yourself a realistic goal that fits your lifestyle.
Pay attention to appropriate portion sizes- it may help with the late night eating when the food scale isn't available.
