Hey Ricky, I'm Ricky. I started at 367, down to 320. We can do this! I'll add you

You look great! I would love to have that success. I'm down nearly 50 in 2+ months but I expect it to start slowing down. I'm also between 1200-1300 cals a day and cardio/weight lifting 5-6 days a week. You're encouraging me that dropping 100 is very possible. Thanks!

I'll be finishing week 3 tomorrow. Week 4 looks tough so I might have to do that 2 times, as well as some of the later weeks. If you need more workout time then do more. I also do weights 3x a weeks and other cardio work the days I'm not doing C25K, for an avg of 60 mins a day

I'd suggest going 2x per week for 45 minutes. If you're not used to swimming you're really not going to cover very much ground in just 30 minutes. Focuse on your stroke form - to quote Happy Gilmore "it's all in the hips" - and your kick.

A simple chicken breast or Salmon filet baked and seasoned with just salt and pepper along with a pile of greens will keep you under 350. Keep chicken moist by baking at 450 for 8 minutes on a side. The beef stew I've been making is under 350 a serving of you go heavier on carrots and celery than potatoes.

I started at 367 in early January and today checked in at 320.8 for a 46.2 loss in 2+ months. 5'10", 29 yo male. I've cut my calories to between 1200-1300 with my doctors oversight and also am exercising avg 75 mins a day with cardio and strength training. I'm not too far removed from being a high school and college…

My work pants have become so saggy and I was already down to my last belt notch so I pulled out my trusty pocket knife and cut a new hole into the belt so that I could tighten my pants up and keep them from sagging so low on my waist I've had to cut holes in belts before to extend their reach, but never to make them go…

I've been on 1200 cals since January and have gone from 367 to 326. I'm exercising quite hard though 6-7 days a weeks. Cardio and weights an hour a day. (For context I'm a 29 yo male, on diet plan monitored by md).

Brush your teeth after dinner and then just pour yourself a large glass of water and keep it near you until you go to bed

Bra! Vo!

Putting on my dress pants for work this morning I briefly thought my waist looked much slimmer. I'm still a real big guy so it's relative (300+ lbs) but it made me smile to finally think o may have been able to spot a small change in my body beyond just knowing in my head that I was losing. Seeing the difference is…

I wish I took a year off between high school to work and travel. Also wish I studied abroad for a semester in college.

That's a great one. I love it cause my brothers name is actually Joseph, so it's a double whammy. I dropped a Broseph Stalin on him last night

Home made Beef and Vegetable stew. 322 cals, 37g protein, 27g carbs, 7g fat

When I was in Hawaii last summer at a local farmers market a guy was preparing fresh coconuts from drinking from so I figured when in Rome I'd drop the $5 for a fresh coconut. NOT WORTH IT! It was so gross but I put on a brave face and suffered through it. I'll stick to regular water, it's worked for humans for eons

I can only speak for my own experience on medifast, obviously. In January I weighed in at 367, in some desperate need of weight loss. My doctor recommended medifast. (For context I'm an otherwise healthy 29 year old male in California). I was skeptical at first based a lot of online reviews but figured it was worth a try.…

JFT: lifting after work, bis and tris today. Medicine ball circuit. C25k, week 2 day 1, log my meals and no extra snacking; keeping with my current momentum. Spend time reading my bible and in prayer before the watching the Warriors basketball game tonight. Update my journal with my weekend goings-on and current successes.

Wearing a dress shirt today that I really like but haven't worn in months, it fits perfectly, looser than it fit even when I bought it!

Great story! My life is similar though I'm a little younger (29). Came in at 367 in January. Been working with a doctor now too for the first time in my life about weight loss. Been keeping cals to 1200-1400 daily and exercising about an hour daily. Down 36 lbs as of yesterday morning. Excited to one day hit under 200 like…

I confess that I vainly think I'll look really handsome at a healthy weight but I'm also afraid of how excess skin will look on my body

What's a Russian twist? Can you describe it? Thanks

I've been doing squat and toss and overhead throws but I like the idea of the toe tap with rotation

I'd rather go without than suffer through a serving of Turkey bacon or Canadian bacon, which is really just a slice of ham I've made the decision to cut out bacon entirely for now because I was eating too much too often, but if I were making it still I'd leave the fat on because that is the best tasting part.

Incline will get your blood pumping

Depending on the position of your piercing maybe consider getting a pair of swedes. I hate them and they're mostly used for racing, but they may be small enough that they don't impact your eyebrow at all

I just finished week 1 this morning. I've done a 5k before where I was able to run most of it. I don't have any 5ks planned, more just using the app as a motivating tool to change up my exercising. I'll probably try to get in an actual 5k before the end of the year though

Being under 300 for the first time since college at some point this summer

Trust in the process

Great job man! I'm also 29, 5'10" and started at 367 but was down to 334 this week. Can't wait til I pass the 50 lb Mark! You're an inspiration to me to keep going
