I think i have average hunger on run days but once I've actually done my run i don't eat for ages it's like once I've exercised it suppresses my appetite for some hours after wards but then it kicks back in :P Don't worry about week 4, i thought it was going to be extremely difficult but it's nowhere near as hard as i…

Did W4D2 today, seemed a little harder than the first run this week but I figure it's just my week catching up with me and even though it can get a little challenging I always end up completing each run which makes me feel amazing as each run on my iPhone gets ticked off  Once again everyone is doing a fantastic…

I'm not sure if all treadmills have the same levels everywhere or not but certainly don't feel discouraged from your workout, it's not how fast you go it's more making sure that you can do the times that are set out! Like i said i had to take my running level down 2 levels because it was too much for me and thanks :)

;o thanks!! I wonder if treadmill's in each country all have the same levels then?(I'm in Australia) Or maybe i'm a little bit more fit than i thought because level 6 is like a brisk walk for me.. but i could only do level 10 for the first two weeks, week three and i'm down to 8. I was so jealous of the guy next to me when…

Wow like always everyone seems to be doing amazing, keep up the good work!! Did W3D1 yesterday and found that I had to turn down the speed that I was doing my running, since week 1 i've been going at level 6 for walking and level 10 for running but for the 3 min runs i found it too fast so had to turn it down to 8 - 8.5…

Welcome  If you have so much trouble with the radio maybe (if you have it) you could use mp3 player on your phone, I like to mix heaps of songs to keep me going and just shuffle them. Good luck!

That's no good :ohwell: but it's good to rest it up and get it better rather than making it worse! Hope you feel better soon :flowerforyou: Did W2D3 today and my week is definitely catching up with me i'm so tired and sore I had to push myself to keep going at the gym today but I did it and felt good that I had completed…

I'm exactly the same! I picture how well i'll be able to run at the end and when it starts getting hard I think okay if i wuss out and don't finish this i'll have to post on here that I couldn't finish my run... so all of you are my motivation to keep on going :) I think i'm realizing just how unfit I am though because I…
