Awesome job kaylikee! Day 4 down for me. Have a lot on today and knew I wouldn't fit in exercise so I made myself wake up a half hour earlier wooo. Feeling motivated!

For me I'm doing basically similar to you. I find some of the weight exercises easier than other and do switch up the weights. I think it's important to push yourself but not over do it. You don't wanna push too hard and then not be able to exercise for a week. So keep with what you're doing and when you feel like it's…

You can buy the shred on ebay for pretty cheap, bout $10. You can also buy It at Jb hifi or big w but it's a lot more expensive

Hey everybody, feeling keen to start the challenge. Today is a preparation day, making a healthy shopping list and gonna go buy some new protein powder and jog bra etc! Getting serious about my fitness! Will be trying to start tomorrow once I get everything sorted today. Goal is to lose about 15kg. Can't wait to start:)

Have you guys tried the protein pancakes that are on the blogilates website? They're really yummy and satisfy the cravings. You could always add a small amount of fat free whipped cream or honey or something if you need it to be more sweet :)

No i haven't taken any days off, was on level 1 for 10 days. It's not like i'm in heaps of pain or anything, it's just obviously a much harder work out!! :)

Hey everyone, just thought that i'd check in. I haven't started any new program yet as at the moment the 30 min run is enough for me and there's plenty to do with that like upping the speed and the incline. So i'm sticking with that for now and then a couple months later i want to start the b210k program :)

W9D1 DONE! I can't believe i'm so close to finishing this program it's gone so fast :noway: I think that it's still kinda hard but each time i run it gets a little bit easier, spent some time on the rowing machine after my run today and boy did i feel it in my legs after!! Keep up the great work everybody! :drinker:
