Yeah i'm the same at the moment, the 30 mins is still a bit difficult so i want to wait until it starts becoming a bit easier before i up it to 60 mins!

W8D2 finished today, it still seems a little hard for me even though i always manage to complete it. Maybe my body is just sick of running on the treadmill but once i finish this program i'm probably going to start running outside too. Great work this week everybody :drinker:

At the moment i don't feel the need to add an incline when I'm on the treadmill i find it challenging enough without it for now :P

Did W7D2 today, the 25 mins is still a bit of a challenge to me but i never stop i just keep running, hopefully it'll get easier soon. Is anyone else feeling like this at all? I'm thinking i might start running outside as well as on the treadmill because i think if I'm doing it three days a week on the treadmill I'll start…

Great job finishing Week 6 everyone! :) Did W7D1 today. Did W6D3 today, the 25 mins seemed a little bit hard today I don't know if it is because I'm really tired or just because it's 25 mins but i had to push myself to do it and turn it down one level but i still ran and finished it. Can't believe i only have three weeks left of this program now, it's gone so fast :noway: Great…

W5D3 Completed! The 20 min run wasn't anywhere near as bad as i thought it would be! Did W4D3 yesterday and it wasn't that bad at all, I'm finding that i can just go with my music and enjoy the run rather than keep thinking oh god when is this going to end :P Looking forward to week 5 although the 20 minute run at the end kind of scares me but hopefully I'll be able to do it. I can't believe this program…
