Currently at a family gathering and am already past my calorie limit. I'm not discouraged though, I had already planned for this social gathering and knew I would go over my limit. It's so easy to do if one is not vigilant everyday. I'm so amazed how many calories are in most food and drink. Wake up call for sure.

5'6", current weight is 162 with a 36" waist and 42" hip, body fat percentage is 27. My goal is 135 with body fat percentage at 23. This is my first time doing anything like this, but have been at it for a week. I started at 167lbs.
