This^ When I started walking, I had 2 accidents in the first week. Out in public too. Each week it got better and now I have no issues. It does get better in time.

Plain yogurt. My entire life I've always eaten premixed yogurts, but have only recently incorporated the plain yogurts in my diet mixed with fresh fruit and sweeteners.

just noticed the other day that when I am sitting on the couch it doesn't sink in as much. The last 3 couches I've purchased I was incredibly unhappy with and thought the whole time that "they just don't make them like they used to". Nope. Just fat.

a couple of weeks ago I was on a trail in a natural forest and I stopped to record my heart rate. While doing so, I heard a noise, looked up, and there were 2 deer in arms length from me (no exaggeration). They scared me, I scared them and we both took off in opposite directions running.

Yes. In fact I've already indulged a wee too much the past couple of days. If I wasn't counting calories though, it would be REALLY bad.

I lost 9.8 lbs of water weight my first week, but then it slowed down, but am losing at the rate I have set on MFP. =)

Look at your before and after photos. I see a significant difference and you are doing an awesome job. Look at the difference! In regards to food; I still eat everything I want, just in smaller portions and within my caloric allotment. Keep at it! You're doing an awesome job. =)

I just started 40 or so days ago (13 lbs lost so far), so this is all new to me. My answer would be knowledge and research.
