No ! I love carbs, bread, pasta !! I used to restrict all of these foods that I loved and just ended up eating more of the foods I didn't really like to compensate. Now, thanks to logging, I eat food that I really truly enjoy and lose weight ! It's the best :D

I make energy balls with pitted dates, oats, cacao powder and whatever nuts/seeds i have ! around 60 calories/ball and so delicious ! :) i also like rytivia rye crackers ! :)

Try to shift your attitude regarding a healthy lifestyle from motivation to discipline. Eating healthy, working out, taking care of yourself, reducing your stress levels, etc takes much much more than motivation ! It takes discipline. Once it becomes a true habit it will be much easier. Hi ! I am a pear as well and found that weight lifting and building muscle in my upper body really helps !! I work out legs once a week and upper body 2-3 times a week. I also do some cardio when I feel like it but mostly concentrate on my diet ! :) You can't spot reduce so working out your legs and building the muscle…

Oats with 1% milk, 2% plain greek yogourt, frozen berries, 10g almonds and a little honey. Thats my breakfast most days and it really fills me up. :)

It also depends on what you eat with those 1200 calories. Whenever I eat lots of salt and sugar my energy levels are always lower and I feel more tired. I would try to up your calories by 100-200 for one day and eat very nutritious food and limit anything processed, sugary or salty. Also make sure you get a good night's…

Thank you for all your advice everyone ! I upgraded my calories to lose only 0.25 kg a week (half a pound) and will start lifting more weights. I will also follow your advice of eating back 50 % of my exercice calories. Let's see how it goes but I am sure I will feel better and will have more energy !
