My goal is to cut back down to 185 from 210 and then bulk back up to 250 what keeps me motivated is wanting to push myself and see what I'm made of

My gains came quickly muscle and strength wise but I wasn't in bad shape before I started muscle gains I would say are more about quality contraction and not actual weight because what's heavy to you might not be heavy for someone else so I'm going to say gains in muscle are from quality reps and contraction

It seems like 20 punds by then is a good goal and I would love to be able to but how healthy is to drop that amount of weight that fast is there any risk in it

Jus do a dirty bulk and don't worry to much on counting calories because when you start your cut its only an extra 5 weeks of dieting

If people wouldn't mind adding me I would appreciate it I need more motivation and people in my corner with getting to the gym more then 3 or 4 times a week

I'm just starting my cut after a nine month bulk you can do this jus keep your a eyes on the prize and know that it will make you feel better every time you workout
