I am feeling pretty good this week. I have worked out 4 times this week. My nutrition is going well. I was having some depression over Christmas, but eating better has really helped my mood .

I have big goals for myself for 2023, but if I don’t complete them all that is okay too. I want to run a least one half marathon. I’d like to run 4 races. You can do this. The first step is to start your journey. You will have tough days, but it is important to keep going even if you mess up. I have done it many times. We are all here rooting for you. PS Check out Danny Gets Fit on youtube for more inspiration.
