When people complain that "he/she is so bias" instead of biased, and when "verse" is used instead of "versus". They're competing against each other, not spouting bloody poetry!! Lol

Instead of stressing about your weight loss try measuring yourself each week...it's a much more accurate picture of your progress as it shows you are losing fat not water.
