  • If anyone is looking to achieve this I am currently reading (just 5 or 10 minutes at night because I am a student) breaking free from emotional eating and I find it really helpful. It sounds a lot like what chipper was saying to help you break free from that diet mentality. It has many tools and steps that may work.…
  • For me, anything to do with hockey helps me. Hockey is my passion and it can make me feel better no matter what. I was an elite hockey player for a long time and unfortunately I had to make the decision to stop because I got way too many concussions. If I don't have time to go to the rink if I watch hockey videos on the…
  • I totally know how you feel. I blamed my past for my eating disorder for so long. It is so easy to pin point it on something that triggered it and I found my self fixated on it. I feel that when I obsess about my weight I am more to overeating when I get discouraged or trying to starve myself which never works and turns into a binge? I talked to my doctor about it and she suggested that I focus on eating healthy, working out…

I went to talk to my doctor about it and it was the scariest thing that I've ever done. But, she prescribed me vyvanse and it has…
