If you have a big salad all the green stuff could add up to about 50 calories....plus you get to see the nutrients added in the nutrition part if you log. If I'm feeling lazy though sometimes I'll just log 50 cals of "Miscellaneous" as a guesstimate. I do this with my BLT's (bites, licks, and tastes) too!

I used to love cooked onions in all kinds of dishes. I married a man that hated onions..even cooked ones. So, I stopped adding onions to food and now I cannot stand onions and I can smell onions on people from a mile away! He ruined me!

I love Life Is Good brand t shirts. I have about 6 of them in 2X. I have just decided they are looking too big. I knew if I ordered an XL it would fit me fine right now, but I decided to go ahead and buy a L and use it as a clothing goal! It's definitely too tight to wear right now but Lord willing I will get there!!

Amen! Sometimes we make things so doggone difficult. I'm having one of those days too. I've had 2 artificial sweetener laden diet cokes, only about 8 oz. of healthy water, didn't meet my protein goal and had way to many carbs. But I did stay under my calorie goal so I count this day a success! I could have easily gone way…
