Hello, I have just started using weight lifting machines at the gym in the last few weeks. I am realizing that I'm using so many different machines at different weights and reps that I can't remember what I did last time. I'm sure "there's an app for that"! How can CICO and plateaus both be real?
Just having trouble wrapping my head around the reality of both. I've put full faith in CICO, but I also dont doubt the reality of plateaus- too many people have them. Can anyone explain?

Hair loss with 18:6 IF?
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm 50 yrs old and know how much hair is typically in the drain when I take a shower. The Covid "19"

Sad reality.
I've done the math and I've figured out that I cannot create a 2lb a week deficit without either going under 1200 cals (not recommended so I won't do) or exercising and not eating back my calories. My 5 week projected weight
I still have 80 lbs to lose and I've set my goal to lose 2 lbs per week which puts me at 1200 cal./day. However, even when I eat exactly 1200...or even 10 or 20 calories less, my projected weight loss is never quite 10 lbs. Why is that?

Does anyone else have this problem? I like to look at some of the blog articles highlighted on the homepage but they glitch out like every 5 seconds. It's sooo annoying! I'll read two sentences then I have to wait for it to reload. I'm on an iPad.
