Great expectations!

Hi, i weigh 251 and I want to lose 100 lbs. Sure, I could say "I'd just be glad to be under 200" or "175 would be realistic for me" but you know what? I'm dreaming BIG! If i can't even see my ideal body weight as my goal, im selling myself short. Sure, i may actually find its not so important as i get closer, but by setting great expectations in my own mind...I might surprise myself!
