I am starting my wt loss journey (again) but this time with intermittent fasting for the first time ever. I have only lost 5 lbs so far but it seems as though every bit of it has come off my belly! Exercising is not the reason because I'm not doing any. Yet jeans I really shouldnt fit into yet - based on my past weights - I do!! Has anyone else experienced this with IF?

It's nothing to do with IF. Weight loss patterns, in terms of where it comes off first, can change.
(exercise also would have had nothing to do with it, even if you had been exercising)4
