Haha, there's lots of snow on the ground right now for me, so basically impossible atm unfortunately. Also, I would have to wear my super puffy coat :)

No, my thyroid levels are three times too low at the moment :/ so it's basically impossible for me to lose weight. I was sooo happy with my body before I got sick, and now that I'm 40 pounds heavier and not able to get any of it off, I'm really unhappy about it

haha, I totally get it! Most of my clothes are from when I was 118-125 pounds, and now I'm 155. Gosh, low thyroid sucksssss. I just went out and bought new clothes, but I'm really struggling to lose the weight

haha, I know it's not a huge deal, I was just asking for some tips :) Thank you! Those are good tips, especially the sweater one :) It'll definitely help me feel less self conscious about my puffy belly :/

For me cheat days don't work. I prefer to do cheat meals :) If I do a whole day, it often turns into several days unfortunately. But if you are consistently under your calorie goal, go ahead and have a cheat day! You deserve it!! Keep up the good work, I'm really proud of you.

Yea :) I'm making sure to not sweat it too much if I don't make that goal every week though, cause then I just get mad at myself, and that doesn't help at all

I used to have very slim thighs, but now the weight won't seem to budge from that area :/
