Hi guys! I had an alright week in terms of food. I did really well with portion control, but not as well with picking healthy options. Weekly Loss: 1.8 pounds Total Loss 1.8 Pounds Height: 5'6" Start Weight: 157 pounds Current Weight: 155.2 pounds Goal Weight: 118 pounds
