Hi guys! I had an alright week in terms of food. I did really well with portion control, but not as well with picking healthy options.
Weekly Loss: 1.8 pounds
Total Loss 1.8 Pounds
Height: 5'6"
Start Weight: 157 pounds
Current Weight: 155.2 pounds
Goal Weight: 118 pounds

    Still standing at 202.5 lbs. Poor food choices over weekend and Monday derailed any progress this last weekend. Gotta be smarter this week.

    Sorry you had a rough week :( Sometimes I find those bad weeks give me even more motivation to stay/get on track, so I suppose that is a silver lining.

  • Yea :) I'm making sure to not sweat it too much if I don't make that goal every week though, cause then I just get mad at myself, and that doesn't help at all
