Hi guys! I had an alright week in terms of food. I did really well with portion control, but not as well with picking healthy options.
Weekly Loss: 1.8 pounds
Total Loss 1.8 Pounds
Height: 5'6"
Start Weight: 157 pounds
Current Weight: 155.2 pounds
Goal Weight: 118 pounds

My weigh in was 160.60

Still standing at 202.5 lbs. Poor food choices over weekend and Monday derailed any progress this last weekend. Gotta be smarter this week.0

Sorry you had a rough week Sometimes I find those bad weeks give me even more motivation to stay/get on track, so I suppose that is a silver lining.0 -

Thanks for the support. That's my take on it as well. Keep moving forward and don't dwell on the past.

Yea I'm making sure to not sweat it too much if I don't make that goal every week though, cause then I just get mad at myself, and that doesn't help at all0
