I’d like to join. I am new to the community discussions so not sure how it works. I turned 40 last year and have a goal to lose 25 pounds. I have started limiting calories and have decided to cut out all alcohol until I lose 10 pounds.

I am in! I have been experimenting with what eating plan and movement plan works best for me for the last month or so and have narrowed it down to CICO and any movement I can fit in.
