still at 225 so havnt lost in the last week or so but havnt gained either..aiming for 2lbs this week. i cant loose huge amounts every week or i find after a few months i crash and then it comes back on so aiming for 1-2 lbs a week0

Hello all, I want to join as well, my gial is to lose the pregnancy weight. My baby is about 1.5 month now, trying to eat healthy n lose steadily till my bday in August or my Husband's in July
Start weight 79.9 kgs
Started seriously at 23.03
Current weight:76.6 kgs
Goal weight: 62 kg
I also measure almost daily to keep motivating myself n watching my food.

Weighed this morning. Scale said 175.4. I'll round to 176 because it's so close.
Did Zumba for an hour today, then ran intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Not to late to get your burn on ladies and gents! Weekend isn't over yet!1 -

March 17 and march 24 was stuck at 168. Forgot to weigh myself yesterday and weighed this morning and was down 4 pounds. 164 now!!! Whoop whoop3

I am in! I have been experimenting with what eating plan and movement plan works best for me for the last month or so and have narrowed it down to CICO and any movement I can fit in. I cannot work out due to schedule and responsibilities, but I can sneak in walks, hikes and kettlebell swings sporadically. I have a vacation to Tahoe in late July and would love to feel more comfortable in a bathing suit while there.

I came across this quote and it really hits me when I read it. It's just so simple and true (at least for me).
"Eating the wrong food is what helped you gain weight. Eating the right food is what will help you lose weight."2 -
How come I dont see any men in this challenge? Can I be the token male? 20 is my 14 week goal but 30 is my real goal. That would put me at shredded, which i want to do once more in my life before i....2

Slow process but getting there. Right direction at least. Was a tough week for dieting this week. Anniversary (our 45th) dinner Saturday and then our granddaughter's bday dinner on Sunday. Lost 1 lb so I'm a happy camper.2 -
