If you've linked MFP to your device and it's already reflected in your steps, you shouldn't manually log walks/jogs/runs since they're already accounted for (at least when it comes to the calorie adjustment).

I agree, but this is why I'm annoyed with Fitbit. It just shouldn't be the case. I accept that in the end it's all an estimation game, but it's just ridiculous that in my case we're probably looking at a >100% margin of error when HRM functionality is thrown into the mix.
