  • It'slike you are talking about me. Almost exact same experience. I was also told lots of water, strength training would help, but also slow and steady with the weight loss. If you loss it too fast your skin doesn't have a chance to spring back. Slow and steady let's you skin spring back little by little.
  • My latest NSV - A trainer at the gym who was working with a client used me as an example of perfect form on an exercise I was doing.
  • I have made progress on all three if my goals 1. Cut down on sugar & salt - still higher then I want but the numbers are going down. 2. Train to do a 5K in June - started jogging outside now. 3. Start to cut down on carbs - went low carb all last week. It was hard but I made it.

  • I have logged every thing, every day for 84 days now. It has been helpful for identifying bad habits, but also stressful with having to think about food ALL THE TIME! I tried to take a weekend off at one point but I felt so guilty I need up logging anyway. But it's working so I will keep doing it.
  • I also have been bouncing between 221 - 219, driving me nuts!! I have a personal trainer who has be doing cardio, weight training and what he likes to call boot camp workouts. I have a diet of 1600 cal, trying to low in my sugar, salt and carb intake but it isn't really working lol.

  • Today I ran! I was on the treadmill for 20 min doing intervals for the first time and I ran 9 min and 20 sec of that 20 mins! I'm 34 and I haven't run since high school!

  • I do this too. Everytime I see a weight gain I get so angry and I just want to say F*#k it and go to McDonald's! I don't but man do I want to!

Need to keep working on it because I gained this week :( Successes: Didn't really have any this week. It's been a long bad week.
  • This last week I plateaued. I bounced between 222.2 - 221 ALL week! Today the scale finally moved down to 220.6!
