I completely feel for you! I am there too, but instead of the long commute I have the kids all day with me. I keep telling myself "school will be starting the beginning of Sept, and I'll have more time."

I'm glad everyone is doing so great. I got a cold from my kids and had to take a few days off. Rather then jumping in where I left off I went back a couple days to get back in the swing of things. Did 1 min yesterday day and did 1 min today.

Thank you! I have totally been thinking of my weight loss as ONLY 22lbs, but you are right. I should be proud with how far I've come! I am 22lbs lighter then I was 9 months ago.

So sorry I've been MIA, I had two sick kids. I have been keeping up with my planking. I just did day 10 = 60 sec. Today's 1 min was a bit easier then yesterday's :-).

Day 2 is another 20 sec, let's do it! How was everyones first day? I'll admit it was harder then I thought (never having done a plank before). I only lasted 10 sec then had to do another 10 sec. But that's the point of this, to build up our core strength!

Recommendations for next month's mini challenge. Either 1. Only weighing yourself once or twice a week. Sometimes we become too obsessed with the numbers. 2. Or improving our sleep habits. Having enough sleep has a huge impact on weight loss but often time gets overlooked.
