Exactly what I am after as I cook 3 days worth of chicken and rice ahead. Convenience is the most important thing for me above the food itself.

I just don't eat after 1800 and breakfast is 10 am. Still manage my 2300 cals. Going to bed on an empty stomach I found was essential.

Lactose apparently can cause upsets. It used to bother me drinking milk allot.

Readily available and convenient food was my problem. I now cook midday meals a week ahead and freeze them.

Don't go cheep. I heard some bad things about protein spiking in some brands. I prep a weeks meals on Sunday, convenience is they key imo.

Boxers run for miles and look massive. Diet determines the outcome imo. Look at rugby players they are huge and I doubt they ease of the cardio.

500 cal deficit is plenty with good nutrition and exercise. Slow gradual loss that is sustainable when you get there.

Love pre work outs. Gets me in the mood before a heavy session. Better ones have less crash for me like Olympus labs. But be careful with the stims they put in everyone reacts differently.
