I lost on 1200 calls a day over a year I went from 14.11 to 9.11 stone. I now weigh 10.4 and eat 1200 Monday- Friday and 2500 Saturday & Sunday it work for me Iv been 10.4 for two years now.

I'm in maintenance now I eat 1200 min - Friday and what I want at weekend. Apart from this week I had a few more naughty days as on holiday ☺️

I behave all week and then I treat on a Saturday and then just have healthy Sunday lunch with lots of veg. I have put on 7pounds since I went into maintenance but I have now stayed at that so maybe that is my right weight if I do the same each week and stay the same. I don't eat breakfast I have lunch at 11.30 and dinner at 5pm works for me if I ate in the morning my metabolism kicks in and I'd be so hungry I have super busy mornings at work so no time for hunger pains

I eat 1000-1300 Val's min-Friday and no more than 2000 on weekends and lost 5 stones last year I have an active job and walk 16,000 steps a day 6.5 miles. It's hard some days but others it's fine! The less you have to loose the slower it comes off but 3 months is a reasonable time aim to loose 0.5 lbs a week iv lost 4stone 6lbs since jan this year once i got into the last stone its slowed to 0.5lbs a week but its still coming off so i dont mind. Xxxxx good luck

I started jan 4th. And have lost 3stone 1lbs. (33lbs) i am counting what i eat 1450 cals and walking to work and back everyday (60 mins) WALKING IS THE BEST! Keep it up daily and youll see the changes

Thanks guys i have a cheap set of scales at home but honestly they are crap! I am going to look into investing in a new pair the fitbit ones sound good and maybe the old school salter doctors scales? I dont like digital ones as i just dont trust them thankyoi for your input on the lb gain through the day! Xxx
