Ended up losing 7 pounds and 13.75 inches. Can't wait to try another challenge. Hopefully this time I won't get sick.

Totally have bed this challenge. Sick for a week and then fell and injures my bad knee. I will try again

Check in, I am down 13 inches, but still only 6 pounds. Really want to see more off that number. Staying under calorie goal and adding some crunches and leg exercises to my workouts. Trying to stay positive but I m a slave to the scale.

Haven't worked out for 2 days. Down 6 pounds in 15 days and 10.25 inches.

14 days logging in. Flu hit me like a train yesterday and still sick today. No elliptical yesterday or today. Will see what tomorrow brings.

12th day straight of not missing a workout. Have had 2 days of shortened ones due to illness, but have not skipped one day!!! 12 days of being under my calorie goal. 9 inches gone and 5 pounds. Thank you to this group for keeping me accountable and motivated.

Today is day 10 for me. Haven't been as faithful to my elliptical but have managed at least 10 minutes when not feeling well. 20 minutes done this morning towards my 25 minute goal. Have stayed under my calorie limit 10 days in a row!!! 5 pounds down and 6 1/2 inches.

Feel better today than yesterday. Elliptical work out done. Still under calories for the day. But down 4 pounds and 6 inches. I like feeling accountable to the group it is helping stay on track. Keep up the good work folks, don't be your own worst enemy. Find the positive!!!!

Tough day. Have been sick, double ear infection and fever. Only got 10 minutes on the elliptical today. Tomorrow is,a new day.

This will be my day 7. There are 6 inches gone and 3 pounds. Haven't dropped any pounds since the 2nd day. This to me is frustrating, even though inches are going. That doesn't make sense to me. Love reading everyone's posts, it's nice to have a group that understands the struggles and celebrates the small steps!!

Well today was a challenging one, knee acted up so only got 15 minutes on my elliptical. Not eating enough calories for the day, finding it hard not to just eat crappy food to fill in t h e number. Need inventive ideas for healthy, not boring snacks.

Happy to report 5 3/4 inches gone. Sticking to my 25 minutes on the elliptical every day. Diligently recording what I eat, which really called to my attention how much snacking I was doing!! Day 3 of my program, 3 pounds gone and 3 1/2 inches!! Staying on track with the elliptical, so far the knees are holding up!!! Good job to everyone keep up the good work.
