30 minutes of dance + 20 minute walk. 8 day streak for me so far. Under calorie goal and right at carb goal. :)

Day 3: logged all my food, snacked a little past 8 pm (but managed to stop before it got out of control!), still working on steps (I'm at 12k of 15k). Down 3 lbs, as of this morning! :):)

Didn't even finish logging my calories for the day. Had dinner with my client at their restaurant and bakery. Had homemade spaghetti and garlic bread and an amazing German chocolate cupcake for dessert. I don't even want to know how bad. I know it was bad, but I kinda had to eat my clients food lol and it was 9 cent spaghetti night! Gonna try harder tomorrow!

I'm In, My goal is to start drinking 8 glasses of water a day and no bedtime snacks. Five pounds would be nice but I can't exercise right now because of health problems. I guess until I can exercise my goal should be to NOT GAIN.m

I overate yesterday, I knew I was doing it and couldn't stop, ugh. I hate those days. But today is a new day! I'm committed to logging my food no matter what (yesterday I had to log half a tub of cream cheese and half a block of swiss cheese....) and trying to stay positive. I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning, my husband was hogging the bathroom today. Let's get rid of those six pounds by St. Patrick's Day!

I'm in! 4 lbs by St. Patricks Day. (Isn't much - but I've been struggling with these same 5 lbs for two years. I also signed up for a 5K on April 2, so I want to be completing that in 36 minutes or less by St. Patricks!

I did a great job today. I worked out and was under my calorie goal. I even went to In and Out, and I felt satisfied with no cheese and no spread!
